Student Services Administration
The Student Services Administration delivers a range of services to university students utilizing available resources through both direct and electronic channels. The deanship is committed to continuously improving and expanding these services to meet the highest standards, aiming to fulfill students' needs and aspirations while fostering a strong sense of belonging and loyalty to the university.
Administration Responsibilities
- General supervision of all units and departments under the administration.
- Establishing internal work systems within the administration, defining roles, and outlining the general duties of its staff, as well as coordinating between its units.
- Communicating with relevant departments within the university concerning the administration's scope of work.
- Submitting periodic reports to the Deputy Dean of Student Affairs on the progress of work within the administration, including any challenges faced.
- Monitoring the implementation of the administration's plan approved by the deanship.
- Approving regular and emergency leave for administration staff.
- Evaluating the performance of the staff directly under the administration.
- Providing electronic applications for discounted airline tickets.
- Issuing student identification letters.
- Providing an electronic service for medical report requests.
- Offering electronic student housing requests.
- Organizing some competitions electronically.
- Facilitating membership applications for student clubs electronically.
- Allowing the downloading and viewing of some lectures.
- Distributing awareness brochures.
- Providing informational guidance for students.
- Studying difficulties or issues affecting work progress and proposing solutions.
- Conducting necessary studies to introduce new services for all student segments.
