Description

1- General supervision of all units and sections of the administration and housing units.
2- Setting the internal system for work in the administration and defining the terms of reference and general description
The duties of its employees and how to coordinate between its subordinate units.
3- Developing and updating regulations and instructions for housing students and implementing violations.
4- Addressing the relevant authorities within the university regarding the specialization and scope of the administration’s work.
5- Developing an electronic student housing program to meet the needs of the beneficiaries.
6- Studying the difficulties or problems facing the success of the workflow and proposing solutions to them.
7- Submitting periodic reports to the Vice Dean of Student Affairs on the work progress in the administration
and the difficulties it faces.
8- Supervising the implementation and diversification of student activities programs in housing
9- Raising the needs and requests for student housing to the relevant authorities.
10- Receiving and housing new students.
11- Follow-up of the students’ housing in terms of furniture, cleanliness and all things
Which interest students in their residence throughout the year
12- Preparing the rooms to receive students in coordination with the concerned departments during the year
13- Transfer of students between rooms and dormitories according to the standards
And the regulations set by the Deanship of Student Affairs
14- Taking into account those who have special health cases
15- Addressing the behavioral violations of students that are raised
By housing supervisors and other parties within housing and seeking to solve it
16- Inventory of the empty rooms, inspect them, follow up their maintenance, and prepare them for housing.
17- Distribution of instructions and instructions issued by the university to students
and placing it on the notice board in all the housing units and the student activity center
18- Receiving maintenance requests submitted by students and sending them for maintenance
19- Issuing cards and following up on providing internet in student housing
20- Approval of the ordinary and emergency leave for the employees of the administration
21- Evaluating the performance of the administration’s employees directly affiliated with him
22- Executing the other tasks assigned to him by the Dean of Student Affairs
