Department Committees - College of Education
Human Resources Committee
Committee Duties:
- Reviewing appointment documents for new faculty members in accordance with the provisions of the appointment regulations.
- Reviewing promotion documents for faculty members in the department in accordance with the provisions of the promotions regulations.
Quality Development Committee
Committee Duties:
- Fulfilling academic accreditation requirements for the department's programs.
- Supervising course descriptions and reports on a regular basis.
- Providing the necessary technical support to department members regarding quality and academic accreditation.
Curriculum and Study Plans Committee
Committee Duties:
- Proposing new study plans.
- Supervising the preparation and review of study plans and programs to ensure they meet the required requirements.
- Supervising the development of study plans and programs and determining their compatibility with international standards and labor market requirements.
- Preparing reports on study plans and programs and submitting them to the Dean of the College for approval by the College Council.
- Coordinating with the College's departments and the University Curriculum Unit to approve the plans.
Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Committee
Committee Duties:
- Evaluating research plans for master's students through conducting scientific seminars.
- Submitting proposals to improve and develop student research.
Schedule and Examinations Committee
Committee Duties:
Preparing departmental schedules.
Distributing study loads and supervision hours among faculty members.
