Expenditures and Revenues of the Student Fund

Student Fund Expenditures include the following:

  • Financial aid and loans provided to students.

  • Annual allocations designated for establishing investment projects.

  • Allocated amounts to support religious, social, cultural, scientific, and athletic activities — including awards for outstanding performance in these activities.

  • Operational expenses necessary for the Fund’s daily functions.

Student Fund Revenues are derived from:

  • Financial support that may be provided by the educational institution.

  • Student subscription fees, deducted monthly from students' stipends:

    • Ten (10) Saudi Riyals from each male or female student whose monthly stipend is not less than 850 SAR.

    • Five (5) Saudi Riyals if the monthly stipend is less than that amount.

  • Returns from investment projects established by the Fund.

  • Donations, grants, endowments, and bequests offered by individuals or institutions.

  • Financial support that may be allocated to the Student Fund by the Higher Education Fund.
