Procedures and Regulations for Scholarship Students:
The regulations are implemented in accordance with the sixth clause of Ministerial Resolution No. (94) dated 29/3/1431 AH.

External Scholarships (GCC Students):
Students coming from the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council are treated as Saudi students with regard to not having to issue a residence or travel visa.

Students coming from the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council are granted a return ticket once during the academic year. To obtain this service, the student must bring the following documents:

Travel ticket issuance request form.

Regularity statement.

passport copy.

Go to the pilot's office to make a reservation according to the date the student deems appropriate for him.

External scholarships (students from other countries):
Issuance of residency. To obtain this service, the student must bring the following documents:

University admission statement.

The original passport and two copies of it.

Conducting a medical examination at the University Medical Center.

Two copies of the academic certificate.

Two copies of transcripts.

Two copies of the student's birth certificate.

Two copies of the medical examination done by the student in his country.

Two copies of the criminal record of the student in his country.

Two copies of academic references.

Six (6) personal photos.

Renewal of residence: In order to obtain this service, the student must bring the following documents:

Regularity statement.

A photo of the residence.

One personal photo.

Issuance of exit and re-entry visa. To obtain this service, the student must bring the following documents:

Exit and re-entry visa application form and travel ticket.

A photo of the residence.

One personal photo.

Issuance of a final exit visa. To obtain this service, the student must bring the following documents:

University release form.

A photo of the residence.

One personal photo.

Internal grants:

Non-Saudi students residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who are accepted for internal scholarships, are not granted a monthly stipend nor a boarding order (ticket).
