Departments of General Administration for Scholarship Students

1. Admission and Registration Unit:
This unit is concerned with everything related to the announcement of admission, recruitment and issuance of visas

2. Services and Care Unit:
This unit is concerned with everything related to the reception, housing, feeding and transportation of students.

And follow up their rewards and related financial subsidies and advances, and to overcome all the living and social difficulties facing the student and his family.

Improving their relationship with the surrounding community and coordinating with the relevant authorities inside and outside the university

3. Activities, Programs and Information Unit:
This unit is concerned with all the in-class activities offered to scholarship students

The aim is to integrate them with university students, invest and develop their energies and creativity, and provide developmental and skill courses that

Contribute to building their capabilities, and benefiting from them - according to their abilities - in the bodies that need them inside and outside the university,

Activating them in their countries through summer programs, following up on them after graduation and communicating with them.

4. Academic Guidance and Advising Unit:
This unit is concerned with demonstrating academic and academic difficulties, following up on the progress of students in their studies, recommending upgrading or cutting the scholarship, honoring outstanding students and seeking to find jobs for them within the university.

5. Alumni Unit:
The unit communicates with scholarship students after their graduation and activates their impact on their communities and promotes

Correspond with them to strengthen the connection with them, remind them of their message, benefit from their experiences, and provide them with publications and publications.
Receiving their messages and inquiries, responding to them and studying their suggestions from the competent authorities.
Recommending official government and charitable agencies to seek assistance in their fields of specialization and expertise
Inviting the most prominent of them to participate in conferences, symposia and forums that are held in the Kingdom. And hosting some of them to visit the Kingdom and arranging useful programs for them during the visit.
Take advantage of them in the summer courses held in their countries by government, charitable and official advocacy agencies in the Kingdom.
