The advantages that the external scholarship student obtains:
A free scholarship student from abroad enjoys the following advantages:
Health care for him and his family members - if they are recruited to reside with him - which is provided to citizens, and provided by the educational institution if the regulations so require.
Disbursement of a two-month stipend instead of equipment upon his arrival.
Disbursement of a three-month stipend as a graduation allowance for shipping books.

The treatment of a regular scholarship student at the Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers - in terms of financial benefits - as the treatment of undergraduate students from his peers in theoretical disciplines.
